JB-Red roofing battens are manufactured from high grade European Red or Whitewood and treated using Protim Clearchoice to BS 8417: 2003 to give a 60 year warranty. The JB-Red premier batten is the first fully pre- graded batten to meet the requirements set out in BS 5534: 2003, and carries the BRE (Building Research Establishment) 'tickmark' seal of approval. All JB-Red is FSC certified.
